Ehab builds the communications and operational infrastructure that makes organizations, institutions, and public figures actually work, by translating complex environments into clear strategy and executing it. He has done this across government, startups, non-profits, and MapleMark Media.
Ehab James is a Toronto-based communications and operations advisor with experience spanning Canadian government, campaigns, and organizations in Canada and the U.S. His career began by consulting some of YouTube’s fastest-growing creators on audience and community strategy before moving into government and institutional work. He served as Deputy Director at Sole Strategies, a U.S. progressive consulting firm, and was an early team member at Pangea during Y Combinator’s W21 batch.
Strategic communications, narrative development, and public affairs — advising organizations and public figures on how to communicate clearly in high-stakes environments;
Operations and organizational infrastructure — building the systems, processes, and teams that make institutions run efficiently;
Community building and digital strategy — growing and managing large-scale digital communities and audiences from the ground up
Ehab brings something most advisors can’t. He has operated at a senior level across government, tech, and campaigns simultaneously, and he understands how all three work from the inside. He can advise on strategy while building the operational infrastructure to execute it. Through MapleMark Media, he works with organizations and public figures on communications strategy, digital presence, and community building, with a track record of measurable results across every environment he has worked in.
